HEALTH & FITNESS. Below is a description
of what it is all about. Please read on....

What is C-Factor Health & Fitness? It is
my own personal training service that I offer
to anyone who is interested.  This page
also provides information on
health/nutrition/exercise.

What is the goal of C-Factor Health &
Fitness?
The main objective is to educate
and assist the general population by
providing truth behind the human body
based on science in regards to health. In
addition, to help prevent and cure certain
existing diseases and health conditions of a
person to the best possible extent.

Do I need to belong to a gym/health
club to receive the services?
No. One
unique feature of these services is that
sessions do NOT have to take place at a
gym/health club. They can be held outdoors
or even at the convenience of a client's
home setting. I understand that one
roadblock between a person and a health
club is price. The services can be provided
outside of a health club setting at NO
ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

What do you specialize in? Specialties
include: martial arts, kickboxing, boxing,
bodybuilding, general fitness, nutrition,
sport-specificity, core-stability training,
Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, TRX
Suspension training.

My rates are affordable and much lower
than most personal training services
currently out there. I charge by session, not
hour.

What areas are serviced? I provide
services directly to the Solano County area;
however, services can be provided outside
of the county. **Due to current increasing
travel costs, rates outside of the Solano
County area may be slightly higher than
normal rates. Please contact to confirm**

Tip:  Be sure to ingest Vitamin C.  
Here's why:
-Boosts immune system, which helps
prevent, and cure the flu/common
cold.  It has also been known to aid
in cancer patients.  Some
Oncologists do not advise their
patients to ingest vitamin C;
however, vitamin C helps maintain
the health of cells.  So it only makes
sense to "bump up" the dosage.
-The R.D.A. says 60mg is
recommended.  Not enough,
considering that vitamin C helps
create Collagen (the most abundant
protein in the body that makes your
hair, skin, nails, etc.).  Dosage
between individuals vary between
height/mass/weight, but 60mg is
NOT enough.
-Can cause vasodilation (enlarge
blood vessels which can help
transport nutrients more efficiently &
lower blood pressure.
-Can protect the walls of arteries
from clogging/damage.
